This place has a contract with a high schools for yearbooks. They know how to mass produce but the quality is not that great. They also have flyers the same one thing but actually you show up and they say no. I saw a woman asking about taking pictures with the dogs and she was told no, but the flyer clearly says that you can take pictures with the dog and whatnot. They provide coats, shirts, and ties so that's nice for people who don't have it. The first thing they try and do is upsell you. Basically $100 for pictures you know will end up in a drawer somewhere. The Anaheim location is in a very seedy area. You feel you have to be on your guard to make sure you don't get assaulted. If I had to hire a professional photographer these would not be on the top of my list, I just rather not go there again.

Very professional service, service was fast, and place looks very organized n clean. The waiting room is big enough to maintain social distance. Our senior picture was per appointment. I didn't find more than 2 person ither leaving the place or in the waiting room.

If you are having your photos taken because the high school is telling you to come here, don't. These people are not "pros" so you would think with a studio and lots of fancy equipment. It is a bunch of people with toys. I can say this because I am a guy with camera toys, so I do know the work behind taking photos. Overpriced and lack of effort towards the pictures. It is as if they shot it on the camera, compress it to a smaller file size and quality, wait a few months, and send it to the school. $30 for what 6 photos to choose from to appear in the school yearbook is not worth it. However, the school made a contract with this place forcing you to either not appear in the yearbook or set you back $30 and no prints. You also do not get a digital copy of the photos either.

For a place that is contracted to provide yearbook photos for several school districts you would think they'd at least attempt to create an atmosphere that was a little more warm and welcoming. Walked in to an empty lobby, and when the finally came out to help us, I felt like we had interrupted her. After I paid the $32 fee just to have a yearbook photo taken, she returned to the closed door she came from and we were left alone in the sterile for about ten minutes until the photographer finally came out and got my son for his photo. Less than 3 minutes later we were done and leaving without another word or thanks or please come again. If you have another option, I would recommend checking it out

Yes you can. But you have to pay extra retrieval fee.
Best bet is to call them.
