It's a great hike uphill from the top of salmon at 60th to the summit. You can take the roads for a gentle challenge or the dirt trail and steps for an aerobic workout.

All sorts of combinations of trails and roads. I walk a 3 mile loop, mostly roads, but there are dirt, gravel, assorted trails all over. If you want stairs, there are those too if you want. Its my favorate dog walking park, as there are great views too. No cars in the park on tuesdays too.
Yes, you can easily do a short hike, or walk for many miles if you just keep looping around.
