I'm pretty sure you can buy tickets when you get there. Ours were purchased ahead of time only because we ate on board the train and they needed to know how many meals to fix. Hope that helps. My sister reserved our tickets online and i would hope they have a number you can also call for questions. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Yes, if they are not full from reservations. The cost start around $30.00 and go up depending on what time and weather you eat on the train.
