The visitors center has a nice display of the interesting history of how Raystown Lake was developed. Gift shop on site. The lake is quite long and plenty of camping options near the water's edge. Boating and fishing bring people back here year after year. Allegrippis Bike Trail system is accessible nearby.

Yes! All of the public boat launches and campgrounds that were affected by Hurricane Ida flooding are now reopened. Seven Points Beach is open but Tatman Run Beach is closed for the season.
The public recreation areas are open year-round for day use. There are public beaches at Seven Points and Tatman Run that will be open through Labor Day weekend at least.
I've never seen it. If you find it, let me know. Sounds like fun.
The 'ropes' are in place. The signs and trash cans are in place. Question is why? Water temps are a tad chilly.
