Do you teach your cashiers what, "Giving Good and Positive Customer Service," is all about and why its Important to the Store?? As a cashier in retail, I was not impressed with the, "Customer Service" I did not receive by my cashier, last night!

Some of the managers need that said customer service training as well. That's a pay it forward kind of deal, a manager that excells at customer service tend to lead the charge at having happy employees that pass the good attitude and customer service on the the customer. Lead by example.
