It's a good store except the lady that works at the deli counter. She's not very nice and acts like helping customers annoys her. Other than that there good

Went to the deli to get some lunch meat and asked the lady for some ham and salami. She showed me the precut meat and I asked if I can get it shaved since the meat they had precut looked like slabs of bacon....and got attitude from the employee as if I'm taking her away from her job. It took 15 mins for that order.

I forgot how much I hate Safeway. I was using the bottle drop center when I decided to get an americano while I was there. First I wanted to wash my hands. I wandered around looking for the restroom and eventually found it but it has a code. The sign on the door said see self checkout. I found the lady at self checkout and after waiting my turn she gave me the code. I walked back to the restroom and it smelled awful and the paper towel dispenser wasn't working right. No matter. With clean hands I was ready to order my americano. The wait was slow for the in-store Starbucks but I consider that normal at these places. However, the debit card keypad was also filthy. I won't be back.

It was a normal trip to the store...fairly uneventful... except I was $9 short and they couldn't tell me what I bought that wouldn't qualify.. the Checker gave me $5 so that I could pay the difference. Her name is Angel and she is very kind. I'm looking forward to paying her back.

Yes
Im pretty sure the max is 144 bottles per transaction. You have to cash the ticket that day. However, it is easier to use the Green bag bottle return on 122 abd Halsey.

Yes it is wise to use the club card to bring the prices to a fair market value. This is a franchise house hold name and with the amount of money they dump into promotions and advertising, yes I would assume that there prices are higher then a smaller lesser popular store. That's not always the case so just be aware of the market and the value of products in comparison with competitors with similar products or service
