I love this store! Compared to its Sister Safeways on the other side of the river, this hits the mark! There is so much product selection here (they have it all) and its in stock. Employees are accessible and so kind. If they have LP, I've never noticed, which is nice. The only quirk, for me, is checkout. I would like a couple self checkout stands; but if it means more people employed without them, than Im ok without them. I live in NW and treck here by bus because it is so much better than it's sister stores near me.

Timtation Rules

This is my neighborhood grocery store and I'm in there almost every day. I'm giving it four stars not so much for the store, but because of the exceptional employees! Xavier, Andrew and Sunny! Fast! Courteous! And will go out of their way to help a customer! Keep up the good work guys! Thanks!

True, checkout times can be slow here but it definitely seems to be a staffing problem, not the fault of the employees. All the staff provide exceptional service, with members consistently going above and beyond what should be expected from someone working in a grocer today. The shelves are always stocked, the store is clean, and meats and produce are great quality for value. The wait times to check out can be mildly frustrating but it’s not that big of a deal, and doesn’t mar the otherwise very pleasant experience of shopping here.

Awesome cake decorator. I believe one of her colleagues said she’s been decorating for over 18 years now. She did our son’s cake on 48hrs notice, however she recommends giving her 2 weeks for custom cakes as some features (not on our cake) take 1-2 weeks to cure.
