why are there dogs in your store? not service dogs, pet dogs. you sell food, it's disgusting. why aren't you addressing this health and safety issue? just because someone has a small non- threatening dog does not mean it's ok.

Look to the current laws. In any store, such as Walmart, Target, Fred Meyer, the most any employee can do is ask if it is a service animal. There is no credentialing process and no existing verification. Most stores post a sign stating that only service animals are allowed but there is no way to verify.

Emotional support animals are allowed in many places per Oregon and Federal law. Stores can only do so much when inquiring about an individual’s animal.
