Kathy the cashier is absolute garbage. She’s rude, disrespectful and always has a nasty look on her face. I will now literally avoid this store because of her. Worst customer service i’ve ever received and i’ve been in the service industry for over 10 years. Trash human being to treat people that way, especially minorities.

Been shopping here for over 10 years. Staff have become rude. They used to be professional and courteous. The lady who works the self checkout area used to take pride in her customer service, I know this is true. Things have changed. Also, said hi to the guy at the deli, just got a blank stare back. Really strange.

I feel semi-weird leaving a grocery store review, but I love this store so much that I need to rave about them! The staff here is the best. Everyone is friendly, funny, and helpful! It has a neighborhood feel and I've noticed many of the store employees have been there consistently over time. It's clean, organized, and never feels like a stressful shopping trip either. I've literally gone to this store in a bad mood just to get out of the house and feel better after going every time (could just be the fresh snacks make me happier, but 🤷‍♀️). Thanks everyone there for being wonderful!

Constantly out of products, including some products that sell out every few days. Either the company doesn't know how to restock the store, or they don't care. Maskless shoppers almost every time I'm in the store. Mask required sign moved 30 feet from the door so it is barely noticeable. Employees take minutes to respond to requests for assistance, even at the self-checkout. If it wasn't the closest store to me, I'd happily never go here again.
