Skyland and Big Meadows lodge are the two lodges in the park. Big Meadows Lodge is only open March to October. Skyland is open longer. Also, there are 4 campgrounds spread throughout the park. All offer bathrooms. Lewis mountain campground also has a small number of cabins.
Jim Woizesko has it right. With a permit, you can also do back country camping. There are also a few cabins on the Appalachian Trail but you better be prepared to rough it. Skyland and Big Meadows have the most 'civilized' lodging and they are both beautiful and historic....and right on Skyline Drive!
