I keep perfering a certain transportation company as my primary & veyo keeps giving me (Metro/M7) which is highly unreliable... im really frustrated about this.. 😡
DSS lets them get away with it. They are receiving $52 million for 2018. Can you believe it?
I am on Hemodialysis 3 times a week, as well as numerous other medical appointments for my Lupus medical issues piggybacking from it. I had been given several different transportation providers for the appointments when Veyo actually had arranged my trip properly. I had finally found a provider that I had liked who I had as a Preferred Provider when Logisticare was the Transportation company. So I had requested this provider to be my Preferred Provider for Veyo. My provider personally told me that he was willing to take all of my reacurring trips that I have weekly. Which makes sense for everyone involved, including Veyo. Almost every week there is one or two trips where they give me a different company, or even worse...cancel trip completely claiming "that my preferred provider rejected the trip". When my provider tells me that they had never even been given the ticket. My question is: Why can't Veyo just do things correctly and honestly? It makes it easier for all of us.
They didn't pick us up five times to med appointments.

This is what has happen to me also. Without any accommodations, to make it right! I will be calling in the upper office!

Ave been at Watertown my Drs appointment already 3 hrs waiting for a ride.. Metro 7 is the WORSE!!!!! Stop giving them.. This is terrible!!

My sister in laws ride still comes to my home. Even tho she has been out for months. Occasionally they actually pick her up at her current address. But only Monday thru Friday. Even tho she is scheduled for Saturday which always gets lost in the system.
