this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They do not pick anyone up. They left me hanging with out a ride for 8 hours. I called them several times, they kept telling me they were coming. I had no ride. I had to call the police for a ride. I was humiliated, cold, disheartened, and alone. They abused me on so many levels and I think they shouldn't even be in business - They don't deserve the 1 star. The people have no one to call unless I have a grievance. The person I spoke with, Val, put me on hold and never picked up. The company responded saying that they were deeply sorry for the inconvenience. I do not believe that they have any sense of regret at all because they left my family member stranded 3 times over the course of the last 3 weeks. If they had any intention to rectify the situation it would have been fixed the 1st time. Unfortunately because my family member is ADD S recipient she has no choice but to use veil used they owed as a transportation service. If I find that bale charged husky husky for rides that they never provided I am gonna go through the roof. I have contacted disability rights the Better Business Bureau and my local representative and intend to continue my pursuit and either having them shut down or a major ramp of this company. They are working with the most vulnerable population with disrespect and disrespect and disregard.

I keep perfering a certain transportation company as my primary & veyo keeps giving me (Metro/M7) which is highly unreliable... im really frustrated about this.. 😡

Don't worry Sarah. The call is just an automated one. The ride is only cancelled if you accepted the call and pressed 2. Missing the call isn't a problem. If You're really concerned just call Veyo anyways. I've been dealing with Veyo for a year and never had a problem.
Based on my experiences and understanding, acceptable bookings must be no more than 30 days before the appointment date and no less than 48 hours before the appointment. Please make note of the fact that they DO NOT count any of the weekend toward your 48 hour deadline to book. Meaning, let's say it's Friday and you just found out that you have a medical appointment on the upcoming Monday, just after the weekend. You would think that from Friday, Saturday, and Sunday until Monday, you are well within the 48 hour deadline. Whelp, guess again. They only count business day hours (Mondays-Fridays) when they determine your 48 hour deadline to book.

Not enough to have to put up with the most UNPROFESSIONAL company ive ever had to deal with. Not to mention my driver didnt even speak English how did he get hired again!!?
Mariah I'm sorry to hear this..as a Uber and Lyft driver, me and many passengers have suffered from Veyo's lack of due diligence and improper ride accomodations. I've driven to many locations only to find the rides had been cancelled by the passenger but Veyo never followed through in cancelling it with the ride share service..much more of a concern though is the inappropriate accomodations made for certain riders who require a larger vehicle or lift to assist them, I myself and my passengers have been placed in potential peril because of these egregious errors.
I guess they do give rides to dentist that is included in a medical most of the time you need 3 to 4 days in advance to book it ahead of time
They might give you a courtesy ride for the first one. But usually if it's over 10 miles your doctor has to fill out forms to get it approved.
