I have never had a problem with XPO. Their semi trucks can't fit in my neighborhood, so I just go to XPO in Monticello and pick my items up. A simple phone call ahead of time clears the way.

Waited on product for two months. One delivery day we were getting ready by tearing out cabinets to place new appliances. Deliver set for 7 to 11 AM so we were up and ready. Went out side at 10Am to move our vehicles because they still had not showed up (we thought). Note on the door said they had tried to deliver at 9:40 AM we called the check why they didn’t knock on door they said it was against their policy. We were in the front room next to the door, you tell me that is the worsted service I have ever seen. To top that off we told the lady we would go meet them and get our product and as you can guess that’s against their policy too!!! I would never recommend them for any kind of delivery!!

This company is the WORST!!! If I could give them zero stars, I would. I took off from work to take my son to the doctor and to be home for my Peloton delivery. The company was supposed to call 30 mins prior to my delivery time to inform me that they were enroute. No one called. The driver lied and said no one was home. I was home the whole time . He didn’t even have the decency to call and say he was outside. I believe the driver just took a picture from the road because it was raining, just so he didn't have to deliver my bike. I have the best alert system (dogs in the living room). If he had knocked on the door my French Bulldogs would have alerted me to his presence. They didn’t bark because no one knocked on my door. Very unprofessional and unacceptable!!! I contacted the company and now I have to wait another week before they will redeliver my bike. Peloton needs to cancel their contract with this company. Worst delivery service ever!!!!
