Yes there is a leash law in the City and County. Provide us the address of where the owner of the dog lives so we can go over the ordinances, etc. Thank you.

I scream, LOOSE DOG LOOSE DOG! And hold my dog tight. You never know when a strange dog might attack (it's happened twice). They take the hint.
