I bring my car here to have inner tie rod ends replaced. Paid them to do the job.. Still having problems with my car(steering). I just took my car an had inspection done. An the business that did inspection said I need to replace my inner an outer tie rod ends. Told them inner already been replaced. They showed me where my inner have not been replaced. Call firestone which has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. So has of rite now I'm turning them in to the state office in indy. An already contacted my lawyer.

Only issue I've had was receiving 2 lug nuts that were stripped out already, I should get those replaced
