We euthanize if 1) court appointed; 2) the animal is suffering (i.e. been struck by a car, is dying, etc) as we show mercy; 3) aggressive to the point that it cannot be rehabilitated (has mauled a child, etc). A "no kill" imply that no animal is every euthanized, whereas we do under these special circumstances. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at 317-392-5127. Thank you for your time.

No kill

To the best of my knowledge they don't kill due to overcrowding, though I have heard of animals being put down for getting violent with others.
