They don't really appreciate that, if its yours try finding it a home. If not call animal control or the shelter and see what they reccomend.
Yes there is a leash law in the City and County. Provide us the address of where the owner of the dog lives so we can go over the ordinances, etc. Thank you.
Thank you for asking, Dion. If it is supplies, you can drop them off during our business hours, weekdays from 10:30 to 4:30. If it is monetary, it can either me mailed in or dropped off. We will issue you a receipt and the money is applied towards our vet bills to help save the sick, injured and neglected pets in Shelby County. Thank you.
Wow
There are employees - there are also volunteers
It's speedy! Bring your ID, bc you should have it anyways! Takes no time compared to having a brand new pet furever!!!!
I got my sweet little kitten from a litter that was born at the shelter. They charged $30 cash only and it covered her spay which was pre scheduled. It all depends on the situation, but that was my experience :)
Call n ask they open @ 11am
Great shelter ! Got my rescue cat there 7 years ago and he's the best !!
Call dnr office game watden for cook county
Police department. The will contact animal control
The only reason they would not be on our facebook page is if they got adopted or perhaps their owner was found. I say this since we do not euthanize for space. Please call the shelter at 317-392-5127 if you have any further questions about our pets, policies or procedures. Thank you for following our page, we appreciate it.
Sorry, I don't know anything about that.
They are typically around from dusk to dawn so I wouldn't be to concerned. If you see them in the middle of the day then I would notify animal control because they could have a disease and could potentially be dangerous.
They always need supplies toys food treats blankets they works!
You need to contact the shelter. They use a vet in Shelbyville for their adoptions that need spay or neutered. I am sure they can help you find a place.
You could call them and maybe they will be able to help/refer you to a vet that's reasonable priced. So sorry you have to make this decision...wish they could live as long as we do.
I think he is healing an happy in his foster home. They have a fb page you can track his progress on!
they do offer it as my mother just had her dog done there so ..im trying to get the cost is all
Definitely the animal control/shelter they'll contact authorities and make a well check visit
Not at the moment but I will let you know if I hear anything
You can call the shelter directly during business hours. After hours, call the police
