Why don't they answer the phone and what time do they close?

I've already been on the bus just trying to get my bag from the little bait shop in warsaw

Depends on the bus stop: if it's at another location other than a Greyhound station, I find it's generally open 7:30 am until 8 or 10 pm. Greyhound station that are bus terminals usually open 24hrs, they sell tickets, etc. The smaller Greyhound station usually open 7:30 am til 8 pm, make sure you arrive at least 1 hour before departure time to check in during day and four hours before trips that leave after four pm, cause some stations close at 4 pm until 6 pm for supper break, then open only til 8 pm. Some leave for supper and are closed after that till morning. Try calling the 800 number for more help.
