Love love love that they have this to use! The only downfall was a couple times the bus was either late by 20+ minutes or we’re not sure if the stop we were at just got skipped twice? There were quite a few people at the stop with us and we all felt like we were in limbo as two recorded stop times passed and no one came, the schedule is on the map. I do know with the crazy traffic, carriages and everything else that I’m sure it’s not always on schedule. So with that being said do not rely on this to the second if you need it to get to reservations or anything like that. Also the staff were so nice and informative, giving facts as we passed places. The lovely woman with the bedazzled glasses form Philly was such a good time, didn’t ride with her but she shared stories while we waited for our driver. It’s a free service… granted you pay for parking to use this so it evens out BUT it’s a bonus to have and saves you the hassle of finding spaces all over if you’re hopping around!
