I made the mistake of having them build a house about ten years ago. The quality was terrible. The crawlspace did not include a door and was infested with mice prior to moving in. They were in the heat ducts, cupboards, closets and inside the walls. It was a nightmare. The one guy had the nerve to say "you live in the country... that is normal". The roof leaked. The crawlspace flooded and concrete cracked. Plumbing leaked in various places. Several light fixtures fell apart. Had to fix loose wiring in multiple places. The 15A outlets all had to be replaced because they couldn't handle 10A without burning. The ceiling cracked. They won't grade or install the lawn and you may not realize that until the end. They left a big mess behind. I would have been better off buying an old house. The whole point of a new house was to avoid repairing things all the time. I had to constantly call them to keep things moving. It would have taken years if I didn't call them all the time. There were several cost increases along the way. One other reviewer mention the word "weasels". I agree. They very much were. I left a bad review on Facebook a few years back and someone with a similar experience contacted me wanting me to talk to the news about it. I didn't really want to deal with it... but sort of feel guilty about that. You should avoid doing business with this company. They suck.

Literally the worst company ever. Everything about them is terrible. I can't wait to sell my mobile and home and move from their dump of a mobile home park.
