I typically don't give reviews, but if I could give this place 0 stars I would! The staff here is extremely rude and lazy. I made an appointment to take my parents dog here to be groomed because my father had passed away a couple months back and my mom wasn't able to get the dog in on her own. My dad had been taking their dog here for years. When I arrived the person up front said they'd have to shave the dog because he was too matted (which he was not). After a bit of back and forth with them, I conceded to them shaving the dog (even though that's NOT what I wanted) but soon after that discussion was over, she said it would take 3-4 hrs and they'd have to charge me the maximum price of $109 for the service. I was floored! Seriously 3-4 hrs and $109...for what...to shave him bald? There's not much that goes into shaving a dog bald (no brushing or styling)! Not to mention that the dog is a small (under 12lbs) shitzu mix so there is not much to shave! At that point, I just picked up the dog, said nevermind and walked out. As I was walking out, she sarcastically said "Have a nice day". To me, the only reason why they wanted to shave him was because they didn't want to do the work but still wanted to gouge me on the price! I can guarantee you he was not matted and didn't require being shaved. I found another place who did the work for 1/2 the price and they didn't have to shave him, not to mention they were respectful and friendly. Do yourself a favor and take your fur baby to a different place because if they are treating the customers rude, I'm sure they are treating our pets just as bad.

New management and new business model has ruined this company. The quality of the groom has changed and customer service is nonexistent. Today I was surprised with a new groomer (the one I had made my appointment with had left her job there). When someone is making appointments with a specific person, how hard is it to call them to let them know of a change. Answer: Not hard at all, I carry my cellphone with me everywhere. I felt it would be unfair to the replacement groomer to take an appointment from her over decisions not made by her, so I decided to give her a chance. After she took my , ! employees very disrespectfully communicated changes to service and somehow thought I should have known about changes (i.e., no more 2 hour grooms, despite never being told that and all other grooms being within 2hours). The way they addressed me was so disrespectful that I didn’t really want to leave my dog, but the woman that had taken him wasn’t at fault for her coworkers bad customer service skills. She did a good job. But this is not the first time I’ve had employees there talk to me in inappropriate ways. So I was weighing whether I would continue to be a loyal customer to a business that doesn’t value customers. As I left, I was told that going forward the price to groom my 7# toy poodle would be more. I expressed my gratitude for the notice and asked what the new price would be, and was told it will be $95. I thanked them for the information and left. Wow Lol, like I’d pay that to be abused on a regular basis. Nope. Not going to happen. Note to management: If you want to charge high end rates, you need to provide high end services. That includes making the customer feel valued and respected. That’s the way I felt until the new owner took over. Too bad you’ve ruined this lovely company.

Honestly never leave reviews but their current reviews are deceiving. Definitely the worst customer service, super rude, & overall terrible experience. When you’re leaving your fur baby with here for 2+ hours at least make your customers feel comfortable. Also, terrible job with the grooming itself.

This place is… interesting. My dogs haircut was pretty below average and the people working there are SO rude. Also judging by other reviewers if you leave a poor review they will stop taking you as a client? Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of reviews and also business improvement?

She work at the Kent/Convington shop on Thursdays. And the rest of the week she at Snoqualmie Ridge
