An absolutely terrible experience. They’re 60,000 dollars in hidden fees is another matter entirely this review is simply about the complete and total void of any resemblance to customer service. Everything was going great, we had the loan and began looking for land, then we gave them the deposit and that’s where everything changed. Might’ve been a coincidence I could not get so much as a text back, when we were on the hunt for land and I had found multiple great options but due to the lack of communication or effort on Mark’s part we lost out. Now It’s been 7 weeks and I still have yet to get my deposit refunded.

Thank you, Clayton Homes, Millsboro, Delaware for a fantastic experience! Our salesperson, Nicole Wirt, went above and beyond to keep us informed and prepared for each step of the process. Tracy, the office manager was also always available to answer any questions as we had many! Once the house arrived on our lot there was a tremendous amount of work to be done. In spite of two holidays and snow. The men got it done! Big thanks to Chuck, Ben, Brian, Steve, Dale, Rob and their crews. They were very organized and helpful! We were fortunate to be close enough to watch this process and these men were great! I sure hope I didn’t miss anyone! They all made this process go seamlessly and we are very happy with our home! I'm sure their houses are fine. I don't know how they justify the price. I can literally have a real house built for the same price as one of Clayton's base model homes.
