Great atmosphere with plenty of space and equipment to choose from. The staff is also very accommodating. I love that they have a few individual bathroom/shower combo rooms. Makes things very convenient when it's time to clean up post workout. Great gym. Whenever I'm in the Millsboro area, I do my best to stop by for a workout.

They do and they also have child care included.
Yes, it's open 24 hours. Members have an access card they can use to get in. The hours posted are probably hours it is staffed in case you need something.
