Nice exotic wood selection. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. But if you get a quote on lumber, make sure you get it in writing. I made the mistake of not doing that, and over a three week period the price of the wood I was interested in went from $4.85 to $6.84, and even today the price quoted was lower than $6.84, whIch is I paid 2 days ago. When I raised my concern, I got a lot of lip service - prices all over the place, price increases, maybe the price was misquoted originally, etc - and without a hard quote, they were clearly not interested in making an adjustment. I have purchased wood here for three projects, and I have been generally satisfied. But a 41% increase and such an unwillingness to stand behind the original quote, or even consider an adjustment, any adjustment - left a bad taste in my mouth. These guys are close to me, a 4 min drive - but in the future I will get the quote in writing to avoid misunderstandings like this.
