I don't know who runs their store or who's responsible for the phone call that I had with them today. I will not recommend them to anybody, ever. If you have questions don't ask because they will clearly show their exasperation. The person I spoke with on the phone could not have been more rude and hung up on me. This phone conversation was not very long, and if your customer has a question, it's not that difficult for you to answer. If you're not happy in your job, and don't like what you're doing, find another job, but don't take it out on the people that may be future customers. Fortunately, I didn't have to talk to anybody when I ordered from Amazon and gave them my money instead.

They had the batteries I needed and had the old ones removed from the back of my vehicle and the new ones in place by the time I paid. Good prices, friendly, quick service and overall a good experience.
