Great place to live either year round or seasonal. Seasonal is April 15th to Oct. 31st. Beautiful gated resort with pool, basketball court, pickelball court, children's playground, exercise room, Marina with gas, lots of boat slips, Beautiful gated community.

Family Fun Bayside. Seasonal and year round available. Boat ramp and docks, gas available Thursday-Sunday. Entertainment on Saturdays, various activities between Memorial and Labor Day. 10-15 minutes to Indian River Inlet Bridge by boat

No they don't, but they are leased seasonal from April-October. There are some you can rent by the day, up to 13 days. Also, Mobile/Modular home lots are also leased, but are accessible all year long. Boat slips are rented seasonal or by the day also. Boat ramp at marina store available to anyone with boat slip.
No places in RV/camping seasonal section currently for sale. Mobile homes in permanent section are listed thru realtors. Lot rent is determined by lot size. Lot rent includes all utilities except electric bills in seasonal camping section. In permanent section lots are bigger and you pay more utilities. Seasonal/camping is $4-5,000/ year. Permanent/ mobile home section is $7,000+
Depends on what lot you have or want. Closer to the bay is higher
