We stopped in at Land Rover, West Chester, and had the pleasure of meeting Ali Camur. Ali is an absolute professional. He took the time to show us multiple SUV's in the correct class, meaning, they were all the same size and similarly priced. We ultimately decided on a pre-owned XC-90 and are pleased with the price and quality of the vehicle. There were no outrageous dealer fees or hidden charges. There are always dealer fees associated with the purchase of a vehicle. Some dealerships inflate these charges. Finishing the deal with Chris Bi was also great. Chris informed us of what warranties were available for our new purchase and was convincing, but not overly pushy about extra protections. We all know how that part goes! All in all, this was a non-stressful and pleasant experience. This isn't always the case when purchasing a vehicle. Thanks Ali and Chris! We appreciate the experience that you provided.

rides are usually okay but i was supposed to get picked up between 915 and 945. i called at 907 and they said my ride would be there at 937. I called back at 950 and was told my ride wasnt gonna be there until 1050... fortunately someone was available to pick me up, and while i was waiting for a ride from them, i watched the rover bus drive past my building. As my ride was pulling up, i saw the same rover drive past my building again and we proceeded to follow that rover almost the entire way to my house. For shame.
