I have brought several things online at most of the Clothes Mentor across the United States. This is by far the worst customer service I have experience at a Clothes mentor. I brought an item online back in April ..... when I didn't receive my package at the appropriate time I contacted the store. I was told to wait longer out will eventual come. Plus usps only considered something lost after 30 days. Which meant I had to wait 30 days before I would get my package. 30 days later still nothing... contacted the store again... they tell me to contact my post office ..... still no talk about my refund. Even though tracking show it never left their city. Still no talk of refund. I asked about their online shipping policy still haven't received one. So I won't be buying from this store anymore. I wouldn't trust their online buying process. Lesson learned.
