WONDERFUL people living in there. Unfortunately the HOA does not do a good job with taking care of the grounds itself in many ways. They are far behind on redoing the docks and they make the home owners responsible for the decks that the HOA rips up.

Depends if it is on one of the canals with a pier or just a regular lot. The ones on the canals are around $950 a month and a regular lot is around $560 a month.
