The Robert Half Staffing Agency at Red Bank is the best staffing agency in the area! I came to them in search of a job with little to no experience and within days I was on a interview and starting a new job that same week! Every person working goes out of their way to help, they are very professional and communicate in the timeliest of fashions. The staff, notably Jordan and Michelle went above and beyond helping me find my job, and helped me with my transition with starting the new job. They would call and check up and make sure everything was going well and I was comfortable at work, which has never happened when I worked with other recruiting agencies! Overall, highly recommend!

I have worked for Accountemps off and on since the 90's when I lived in Houston, TX. So, I am more qualified than most to attest to their character, professionalism, and commitment that they have shown to me. Now, I will preface this by offering that I am a Master's degreed accountant and have been engaged in my field since 1988 when I utilized green bar ledgers. Also, I understand supply and demand as well as the economic climate as well as have the capability to work in any aspect of the accounting industry. I am a Jill of All Trades and a master of many. Now, for anyone who cares for accuracy, RHI is traded on the New York Stock Exchange and today's closing price is $68.56. I believe that the NYSE would not allow a scam company to trade in their market. Another point to keep in mind is that they have never advocated to me that I should be registered with only them. Employers contract with a plethora of agencies. It is unrealistic for a candidate to expect to obtain work from only one agency. It is our responsibility to work all angles for our families. During each time I was between permanent jobs, I was registered and kept in touch with, at least, five agencies. Out of those, Accountemps kept me employed the most. When the economy is down, the demand for jobs naturally outweighs the supply. This would mean that all agencies are not having the usual trend of contracts coming into their doors. That being said, it has been my experience in 30 years that Accountemps received more contracts than most others. This is because the majority of employers default to the RHI brand. Now, let's talk about marketability. In order for job seekers to be placed, they have to have a marketable skill base. If a person has only skill "A" and RHI has five open contracts for skill "B", that person is not marketable at that time. It is impractical for that person to blame RHI for a circumstantial situation. Additionally, the staffing managers are handling hundreds of candidates. Although technology is good and they can perform searches through their database, it is the responsibility of the candidate to make themselves memorable. I called every week to see what came in on the wire and made it a point to keep in mind that recruiters are people too. They have goals to meet and they aren't successful themselves if contracts are not filled. I kept my inquiries pleasant and upbeat and this helped put me on the top of their lists. In conclusion, we, as candidates, play an extremely large role in the success of our placements. So, instead of blaming the agency for what did not happen, a job seeker should find out what they can do to make themselves more memorable and marketable. One needs to remember the agencies cannot control the economy and they are not at fault when a candidate puts all their eggs into one basket. As far as I'm concerned, I'm a single parent of an autistic child in New Jersey since 2000 without family or any kind of support system. Without RHI, I would have been homeless mamy times over. The recruiters in both locations have literally saved the lives of both me and my child. I don't know any better testimony than that.
