Very dishonest service structure. I brought the car for an electrical issue with the transmission which the service dept acknowledged based on my report. They then charged for a diagnosis in which they completely ignored the electrical issue, and refused to look at the electrical issue unless I paid to repair a completely unrelated problem that had zero bearing on the electrical bug. Only after repairing the completely unrelated item would they then charge me for another diagnosis and possibly address the original issue. I recommend buying and servicing your Volvo elsewhere.
