I can't speak for anyone in the greater Richmond Metro area as I've only taken the bus into the inner city once and my three or four months using this public transit system. However I can say that for the section of route that I do take normally that it is hardly reliable I have seen on multiple occasions where buses have been behind schedule and there was even once where the mobile app stated that there was a bus on route but there was no bus on the route. Once I started outside at the bus stop for an hour and a half waiting for a bus only for no bus to show up. And, just recently not even 10 minutes before writing this review a bus simply drove past me standing at the bus stop.

Richmond VA grtc is pure trash... Busdriver do what they want. Customer service talk to u anykinda way over the phone..govt gave em grants of the people's $ to be less supportive..of the citizens.

I don't think that the Seven Pines bus is running today . Buses are supposed to be running on a Sunday schedule for Labor Day . You can call 358-GRTC to make sure .
What part of henrico. You have willowlawn which is the pulse then the government center you can catch 91 or 18 then shortpump which is 19 but times it depends.
Up to 5 is free with paying customer. 6 to 18 can get a reduced fare of .75 with id with proof of age

When the new network takes effect Summer 2018, there will no longer be local service on Monument Ave. There is no replacement for the Route 1 Monument.

You have to go to their yard on Belt Boulevard and ask for lost and found and tell them what happened.
Depends on where u coming from. The 6 and 91 goes there. The 18 goes there but from Henrico government center. And the 1 goes to the back side off of monument
