GRTC as a company doesn't care about Customer Service. The reps are a direct reflection of the company. You will never get an answer to any questions or concerns. The worst transit system ive experienced. Driver's are disrespectful, management disregard complaints, you will never get a call back about a complaint. Basically GRTC wants to give you nothing but expects your money. Bad customer service, rude driver's, inconsistent schedules is what you get. Meanwhile the routes are being eliminated and buses don't show up or are late and nobody knows anything. Welcome to GRTC"S WORLD allowed by the City of Richmond.
