Took my daughter there a few days ago to look for a dress. Came in no one greeted us or asked if we needed any assistance. We found a dress and headed over to the shoes. Mind you we walked past the cosmetic counter 4 employees never even spoke or acknowledged us, they avoided making eye contact to not have to speak. Go to the shoe section no one was there working, we were about to leave and I guess the employee that was working at the shoes finally came out back on his phone. Looked over at us and then continued to look at his phone. So I decided just to check out, walked past the cosmetic counter again, this time it was 1 employee that wasn't there the 1st time, she saw us from the corner of her eye and she made sure she turned around and greeted us. *I should have gotten her name. But check out was no better greeted by an employee with an attitude who barely wanted to speak to us. So yea I won't be coming back. And the only reason I usually go in the store is because I park there sometimes because the parking lot is emptier on that side of the mall and we walk through to get to the rest of the stores. So thank you Dillard's for that experience. 👎🏽

Best selection of handbags! Chi in the brahmin section is awesome. The ladies in the clothing area though sincerely lacking in customer service. The people in the shoe department clearly hate their job.
