Last week. Specifically on the date of June 22 when there was a major storm here in Richmond,VA, I understand the power outage issues that lasted somewhere around 30 hours and I appreciate the hard work of the VA. POWER CREW. Yet here we are, a half week later- With a storm that lasted 20 minutes in duration and when The power ONCE AGAIN failed, the message I received upon calling to inquire about when power would be restored, concentrated on what was owed to my bill, rather than what can be done to restore my power. This is unacceptable considering that this seems to be a weekly occurrence with Dominion Power here in VA. At this point, I just want my power kept on, with minimal complications. My name is Joseph Headley. I live at 4112 Jackie Lane North Chesterfield, VA 23234. I pay my bill without fail regardless of the drama and I feel like if you can't keep my lights on, then I am owed a discount. Period!
