This was terrible ! No shelter or benches for people to sit while waiting to get picked up. Not even a sign ! We arrived , there was my niece standing there on the side walk with her suitcase, not safe at all. Thank goodness it was early in the day we picked her up. Very disappointed ☹️

Horrible. There is no sign or anything to distinguish it as a bus stop. The map marker is on the wrong side of the street and there is no bench or awning. You literally just stand in a dirt lot.

There is NO SIGN starting out is a Great Hound Bus Stop. There is NO seating to wait! NO building in case of Bad Weather! NO PLACE/BUILDING to but a Ticket!

If the bus stop is at 500 W.Main?Why does it pick you up a block away?Why are there no signs showing the 2 bus stops North or south bound so people know where exactly to get on the right bus? Why are the buses always 1 hour late?

Yes. It's a gravel lot by the State Department building.
