I was sold insurance on all my family's phones and explained that, no matter what happens just take it back and you get a replacement, easy, no problem..well went to the Verizon store and learned it's a third-party company that wants 150 deductible..

They told me the same thing to me last week when I went there !

This has been true for along time , it infirarates me when anybody does not tell the whole story, they only say what benefits them

I still got the cancelation fee they whacked me with after I went to Sprint...because they refused to submit the bill to a competition company....because they wouldn't sell me a new phone after I had my first one like a month and it fell down the mall escalator out of my pocket. I'm pretty sure that's against my contract
