Same happend to me, report it to the credit company that have it reported on your score and also file a form of fraud and mail it to them
You may sue them if you still have proof. Get a well known lawyer and make it a class action suit, if you can.
dispute with credit companys let VZ prove it was you if they dont prove in 30 its removed

I had this problem with DirecTV and after 2.5 hours on the phone with Verizon, it looks like I may have to go through this again. However, to solve the problem with having my credit score trashed because DirectTV claimed we owed them money, I called a Credit repair company called Rescore.
