OMG ZERO stars for the "takeover" of Tracfone. I have 1 phone on Tracfone; one on SimpleMobile...now both Verizon brands. TODAY they "auto refilled" the WRONG phone on the wrong day. So the phone with today's autofill date will get turned off, probably. Meanwhile, 18 minutes later on hold for Technical Support, they hang up with 1 recording that said "Number not in service" and another that said "WE are having technical problems." Ya think? NO SHEET! JUST the worst. I will NOT be switching to a Verizon SIM on these phones when forced to do so. IDIOTS!

Do not trust this company. I called to get simple authorization to return a FIOS cable box to reduce my monthly bill for my 98 year old mother-in-law living on social security. What i GOT was an INCREASE in the monthly bill of OVER $60 and being trapped in a 2 year contract (account had been off contract). Their rep re-enrolled teh account in a 2 year contract triple play (internet, tv and phone) when all we had at the time was a double play (internet, TV) with no need for phone. Contacted them to get this back to the way it was. Went nowhere. Multiple calls. hours wasted. Even contacted the executive office for consumer affairs. NO Help. This is a horrible company to deal with. No regard for the customer AVOID THEM.

Worst cell provider out there! Outages, agents who don't speak english, agents who will lie to you, and hang up on you. Tech support isn't 24 hrs. Bill is almost 200 a month for 2 lines.. that's if dropped calls constantly. Local stores charge to take payment. Prerecorded messages waste 5 mins of your time every time you call support. Most stores are only retailers and cant help you with any billing technical support. They make unfounded claims .Less than 2mbs ps dload. .04 upload speed. Overloaded outdated towers with constant outages they won't admit to. Unknowledgeable reps.. absolutely horrible experience over the last yr. I strongly suggest any other providers!

The exact same thing happen to me. They offer me to speak to a super visor, I didn't request one they offered. After being on hold for 2 hours or more I never got to speak to a super visor at all, was something totally different a month earlier, still dealing with very arrogant super visor by the name of Anthony. PLEASE DON'T DEAL WITH HIM FOR HE IS VERY RUDE!!! HE DOESN'T HAVE GO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. VERY SARCASTIC. TALK TO YOU LIKE YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE COMMON SENSE! DOWN RIGHT RUDE!!!!
Totally agree pay in cash they wont refund non working services they also tore the sim cover off my phone

They have no customer service and worse they do not care. They want me to hang on the phone to get to talk to someone for an hour.

Same happend to me, report it to the credit company that have it reported on your score and also file a form of fraud and mail it to them
Our whole community has poor to no service. It used to be good. Have to drive to get service. People have been complaining for yrs to Verizon. Service continues to be a problem. Next step, local news media-our story, maybe a community of negative news will spark something other than corporate greed.
Most Verizon workers who's in corporate office is still working from home..

Dispute the charges with your bank. It will reverse the payment to Verizon.
Sue them. Approved us for a buy one, get one iPhone plus $400 MasterCard rebate. Order said “...good to go!” Now they say “won’t be providing service”,but “can’t say why”.

I was sent a box to install . I couldn’t do it so a tech came and he said it doesn’t work in the mountains. I sent everything back in Oct 2020. Still getting billed every month for something that NEVER worked.Called every month . Now it’s Jan 2021 and still getting bills. Worse company ever
