How is it Verizon representatives can tell you one thing, not the account another way, then screw you in the end? Why is it they do it every time and no one ever gives that problem?

Bill text from them said $530, website said $412, their automated answering bot said that info wasn't available for 3 days: not to it or their cust. service reps. Bill should be $179. 1 phone 1 tablet. $7 to speak to a live person in billing or cust. service. They are shameless. Go to Corp. Site and see their policy re: integrity & accountability. Fakest thing I've read since Harry Potter. Some execs listed in white pages. Hmm. I think I'll take my ph elsewhere and pay $50 to collection agency in a few yrs. They are worst Corp. Ever. Up there with Wells Fargo when it comes to theft and misdirection. I'd rather have a 2 ton cans and a string... At least it can't charge you anything.
