If you stay on the paved road all the way through and back its 6 miles. There's markers every .25 miles so you can keep track :)

You can loop a hike of about 3 to 5 miles but you wpuld have to use the same trails in parts. There are narrow points (bridge over a creek) and then it widens on both sides so that you will not be on the same trail while returning to your starting point. Cactus in parts (caution for dogs or little kids), wetlands, dirt, and asphalt trails.
