You have to speak with your case manager but normally you are sent back to PATH to start the process all over again but be mindful, your constant lack of attendance will make them think you have somewhere else to stay so try and avoid the same mishaps. Also try Safe Horizon in case PATH denies you shelter

I was at a shelter but I went to my friends house that was another shelter but I wasnt supposed to be but still was able to get in. Now I need a letter but now I can't get through to him

You had to have given some type of proof of where you were prior to going into the shelter and if you were released from the shelter than you're gonna have to find something that they can verify
