I need help please so the apartment I was leaving was under someone else lease ,landlord doesn't want to renew it i cant afford to pay 1600 on rent in another apartment , i have to kidss 4 years old and 6 month's, do you think the path will help me

Have all your documents: children's birth certificates and social, children's father(s), last place of residence lease. Copies and original. They might direct you to get a voucher for ur apartment and you may not have to go thru the homeless shelter thing and be replaced into a new home if you are still currently able to live there
