I have a 3 month old and I’m in a relationship with the dad. I don’t have any problem with where we stay other then the fact that they smoke weed and get drunk everyday and that’s not somewhere I want my child. Will they accept us ?

For that reason they probably will find you ineligible. They have to kick you out or get into a fight or have absolutely no space and you have to have had no place else to go.

If you don't have a eviction notice and the individual is not throwing you out its more than likely you will be found ineligible for service
