You have to have a domestic partnership. Because you're pregnant you have no proof t.hat he is the father of your child.
The domestic partnership can be obtain some family court only. That is the only way PATH will allow you to come in together. If the child was born the father name would be on the birth certificate as proof he is the father of your child. Good luck!
