What can myself and my son do so that we can see his 2 children who are in a shelter with their mom. The children have always visited us for months at a time and every weekend. We would like to maintain their weekend visits to our home.

Everything is a waiting game if your son's children mother is found eligible for housing you can see the children at that point, but unless you agree to take her and your grandchildren in you, the childrens mother and son have to come to some form of agreement.

If the children are not present, the parents cannot return without their children and can get logged out, return to PATH and the process begins again.
