The earlier you get there, the better. There are ppl who spent nights in overnights and they pick them them up and take them there. They are still in the process as well to find placement where they can stay for more than 10 days to be found eligible. It may take all day and it may be temporary until the investigation is complete, etc. Best.
To he time varies, it's best to get there early morning and make sure you have all of your paperwork, birth certificates, eviction notice, etc.. Good Luck
