The pricing Grace provided is accurate although I would disagree that the food isn't good and overpriced. I thought the food was good and priced appropriately. However, Norfolk does have some of the best restaurants in this area in my opinion.
Grace obviously has not been in in a while. Our average price is not $35 a plate. And we no longer have a tapas menu have not had one for more than 7 months. If you're going to be a local guide make sure you know what you're talking about. Our average plate is Around 25 to $30. However Valentine's Day is completely booked. But please try us on another night.
Main Dishes are about $35 each + drinks and tapas. Really overpriced for what you get and not good. I would try Norfolk or Virginia Beach restaurants for somewhere fancy
