The staff is very welcoming, and I've never seen them turn anyone away due to their attire. But as the other responders explained, don't dress too casually.

No. There isn't a dress code. I have seen people there in suits and jeans. I wouldn't wear a bikini top, Daisy dukes and flip/flops though.
