I live near this park and go all the time with my dig! I love how many trail options there are. This place has separate trails for bikers so they don't run into walkers. BONUS *Dirt bike jumps and paths are well maintained. Just saw people out there the other day after the heavy rains to make sure everything looks safe.* *Pokemon Go and Geocache: there are a ton here so get walking!*

I brought my dog here for a nature walk. It started raining but the leave coverage did an excellent job keeping us dry during the light rain. There are little name placards to identify some of the trees and trail markings to follow for different trails. It's a nice quiet and peaceful place to walk.

Great place for dogs and bikes! I’d definitely come back with a bike if I lived here.

awesome to have such a long walking trail. I will return here a lot. my two gripes are there is no portapotty at the trailhead which I've grown to appreciate and no map. the first time going, with no clear trail markers, made me have to rely heavily on my walking app to find my way back to the car since there are a lot of different turns you can take. However this did not severely impact my enjoyment and it was wonderful to find a place to walk so close to home. I enjoyed being in the nature. would not wanna go after rain! there are places to do mountain biking and tricks but since there isnt a clear way to get to it without a map it's hard to tell you how in my review. I loved it!

Yes, just make sure to clean up after them. There are a few bag dispensers at the main entrances.
Toward the back of the trail there are Hills and jumps for BMX bikes. That area would be a great area for RC cars and have seen a decent amount there. It is a big enough area to where it would not be a hindrance to anyone else.
Yes. The park is dog friendly though it has set leash requirements and a pet waste pick up requirement. As far as dog activity that depends on the season. During the colder seasons I never saw a dog and I visited the park often. But come spring there were more as more people were visiting the park.
You may want to check out Woodstock Park at Reon Drive and Providence Road in Virginia Beach. They have an excellent track for walking and running.
No. There's no water deep enough for fishing, that I'm aware of. There are only creeks running throughout the area.
No. There are basketball courts on the side of the park on Rokeby.
The other day there was a guy flying a drone , modified w goggles on . Looked like he was having fun w it . When the bikes are out you could get some nasty footage of all the different jumps though . The signs out front do specify no motorized equipment though . That's gonna be your call though .
